01 — GETTING STARTED
From the box to your first label.

2. Connect Your Printer
Connect the printer to power and switch it on to prepare it for setup.
📱 Phone / Tablet: iPhone or Android
💻 Computer: Windows or Mac
Detailed setup instructions for each device will be provided under the relevant Phone Setup and Computer Setup sections.
3. Loading Your Labels
1. Open the printer and place the 4×6 label roll inside.
2. Position the labels between the two alignment notches so they are held securely and feed straight through the printer.
3. Close the printer lid.
4. With the printer switched on, press and hold the blue button for approximately 2 seconds.
5. The printer will automatically feed and align the labels, calibrating itself to the label size.
⚠️ Important: Do not switch on the printer without labels loaded. The printer may activate a red flashing warning light and beep continuously, and operating it without labels may risk damaging the thermal print head/lens.
Printing a test label: With the printer switched off, press and hold the blue button while switching the printer on. The printer will print a test label.
4. Print Your First Label
Once the printer is connected to your phone, tablet or computer:
• Open your label/shipping software.
• Select the WizerPrint printer.
• Select the correct 4×6 (A6) label size.
• Print your label.

For iPhone/iPad and Android users. Zlabel is the app used to connect to and print from the printer.

Direct Mac download will be connected when the driver file/link is supplied.
📖 User Manual
A View / Download User Manual button will be connected to the supplied manual.
